| UP Entertainment founder and CEO Charles “Charley” Humbard is stepping down from the company at the end of the year and will be succeeded by current executives Philip Manwaring and Reta Peery. Manwaring, currently UP Entertainment’s Chief Financial Officer/Chief Technology Officer/Head of Streaming, has been named CEO. Peery, UP Entertainment’s Chief Administrative and Operations Officer/General Counsel, has been named President and Chief Operating Officer. Humbard formed UP Entertainment as the Gospel Music Channel in 2004 and has grown the company to include cable network aspireTV; streaming services UP Faith & Family, aspireTV+ and GaitherTV+; and FAST channel Cine Romántico.
