MIAMI REALTORS® is the only real estate association in the U.S. with a YPN leadership board, which sits equally with MIAMI’s five other leadership boards. Building a network of professionals who empower and better each other is crucial to the longevity of our business.
MIAMI YPN, a two-time winner of the National Association of REALTORS®’ Top YPN Network award, provides value and mentorship to young Realtors unlike any other Realtor group in the U.S. MIAMI YPN was the starting place for the 2022 Florida REALTORS® President Christina Pappas and 2027 Florida REALTORS® President Jorge Guerra Jr.
YPN Global: Empowering young Realtors around the globe
MIAMI REALTORS® identified a need in the global marketplace and became the first real estate association to create YPN Global. Young Realtors are the future of the industry and need access to world-class education, networking and global conferences. YPN Global and MIAMI Global Membership provides Realtors with MIAMI premium products, MIAMI member pricing on all education and more.
We are avidly looking to collaborate and expand our global reach by consistently adding to our YPN Global referral database, which is available to our YPN Pros. This referral network includes agents from all over the U.S., CILA Jovenes (Central and South American Young Professionals), FIABCI Emirates, SIMI (Brazil YPN), Canada, Europe and more.
MIAMI REALTORS® has been enhancing South Florida’s global exposure by exhibiting and presenting at major international conferences for over 30 years. MIAMI and MIAMI YPN’s presence at these elite events creates global business opportunities for our valued partners and members while enhancing South Florida’s global exposure.
We have held YPN Global Congresses in Dubai, Spain, Brazil and Toronto. MIAMI YPN also hosts an annual YPN Congress at the MIAMI Global Real Estate Congress, which is held annually in the fall and brings delegates from dozens of countries.

Real estate is a contact sport; you need to make connections. MIAMI YPN has the best education and networking events for young professionals. We host many top education events, such as the REBarcamp and Legends & Millennials Series. We also host standout events such as a 3 on 3 basketball tournament on the court of the NBA’s Miami Heat, game night at the NFL’s Miami Dolphins, the Miami Open tennis tournament, the annual Formula 1 race at Hard Rock Stadium, an event with the NHL’s Florida Panthers and more.
