PHOENIX — As gas prices are soaring across the country, Arizonans will have the opportunity to save 40 cents per gallon at their nearest Circle K location on Thursday.
Individuals who have signed up for Circle K’s free Inner Circle rewards program can access the Inner Circle Fuel Day discount on March 12 until 11:59 p.m.
Those who are not Circle K Inner Circle members can access the discount by enrolling before filling up on Thursday.
Customers are able to locate the closest Circle K to them by using the store locator.
The chain of convenience stores headquartered in Tempe typically offers its Inner Circle Fuel Day once per month.
How to sign up for Circle K Inner Circle rewards and get Fuel Day discount
Those who want to become Inner Circle Members can sign up for the free rewards program in three ways: through Circle K’s website, in the Circle K app or at checkout at their nearest location.
The 40 cents off per gallon will then be applied after the phone number linked to the membership is entered at the pump or at checkout during the transaction.
While this promotion does not stack with other Inner Circle fuel offers (such as the everyday 3-cent or 5-cent fuel discount), customers will still be able to use their fuel discount cards or easy pay to receive additional savings on top of the promotion.
According to AAA, the average cost per gallon in the Phoenix area was $3.81 on Saturday, up from $3.08 a month ago.
Only six states currently have higher gas prices than Arizona, with California leading the way at $5.07 per gallon, per AAA.
