The business was founded in 2019 by founding principals Frank E. Marquez, Ruben DeLaO and Jennifer Higgins and has since added principal Barry Leong, officials said.

Officials said the company aims to support the next generation of architects, designers and construction professionals through industry outreach programs and several endowed scholarships at the University of Houston and Texas Tech University.
