ATLANTA – Baylor’s Bella Fontleroy has signed a training camp contract with the Atlanta Dream, as announced on Wednesday night.
A two-time All-Big 12 Defensive Team selection and two-time Honorable Mention All-Big 12 honoree, Fontleroy capped her Baylor career by starting each of her final 75 games wearing the green and gold after a unanimous selection to the 2023 Big 12 All-Freshman Team.
The Springfield, Mo., native averaged 9.0 points, 5.6 rebounds, 1.5 steals and 1.3 blocks per game in 2025-26 while contributing 26.1 minutes per contest as the team’s defensive anchor, leading Baylor with 50 steals on the season while reaching the 100-career block milestone after recording three blocks at Utah and a season-high five against Colorado. She was also the only Bear to score in every game during the campaign.
Fontleroy surpassed 1,000 career points with a 21-point performance against Le Moyne and finished her career with 183 made 3-pointers on 570 attempts. Those totals rank fourth in program history in 3-pointers made and third in attempts. She scored in double figures 13 times during the season and posted a season-high 26 points against Lindenwood while tying her career high with 15 field goal attempts.
