Queen Creek Olive Mill and In Good Spirits Hospitality – the group behind restaurants like The Gladly and Citizen Public House – are teaming up to open a new restaurant, bar and market at 44th Street and Osborn Road in Phoenix.
The concept, which will be called the Olive Farmer, will open this fall in the former Santo Arcadia space.
“I’m excited to partner with a hospitality group that shares our passion for ingredient quality,” Perry Rea, owner of Queen Creek Olive Mill, said in a statement. “Together, we’re creating a concept that is seed oil–free and driven by local ingredients.”
Bernie Kantak, the co-founder of In Good Spirits Hospitality, is the chef that will be leading the kitchen of the Olive Farmer, which will be an all-day, Italian-inspired dining concept. Kantak has been recognized multiple times as a semifinalist for James Beard Awards.
