A large new advanced manufacturing campus is coming to Buckeye — and brokers say it could shape the area’s industrial and economic growth for years to come.
However, for that to happen, tenants will have to sign on to Grand View Arizona. The brokerage team at JLL hopes it will attract manufacturing and semiconductor companies.
The Union Pacific Railroad cuts through the 2,500-acre site, which is near Broadway Road, from Dean Road to Perryvale Road, just north of MC 85.
A brochure for the development advertises Grand View Arizona as “a future world-class business park” with a strategic location and high-quality neighbors like the Luke Air Force Base, APS Freedom Substation, APS Perryvale Substation and WAPA Liberty Substation.
It’s also close to the Verrado and Teravalis master-planned communities.
How big is Grand View Arizona in Buckeye?
Although brokers are promoting the site broadly, it’s also possible that a single user could take over the site if it had the resources and desire to develop all 2,500 acres.
JLL says the megasite has state-of-the-art water, power and telecommunications infrastructure and the scale already in place.
Buckeye Mayor Eric Orsborn said Grand View Arizona positions the city to compete for the next generation of high-quality employers.
