An office building in Biltmore Fashion Park is at full capacity after RED Development signed two new tenants: VanTrust and Phoenix Design One (PDO).
Both occupants will be on the second floor of the 30,000-square-foot office building, above The Capital Grille, Ralph Lauren and Herman Miller.
VanTrust is a family-owned real estate development company that is moving from its existing Phoenix office.
“We are genuinely excited to be part of the evolution of Biltmore Fashion Park,” VanTrust’s Keith Earnest said in a news release. “Our location within the project gives us immediate access to an incredible variety of restaurants and retail, as well as a front-row seat to the future enhancements RED is planning.”
Meanwhile, PDO, which is a full-service interior architecture firm, is relocating after merging with its new parent company, RDC. The business specializes in corporate office interiors.
The corporate headquarters for Smead Capital Management and RED Development are also located in the office building.
“This space was a natural fit for where PDO is headed,” Sophia Humphrey, principal of PDO, said. “Being in the heart of the Biltmore area puts us closer to our industry partners, and joining a project that RED Development has so thoughtfully redeveloped, as a neighbor to RED itself, felt like the right move at the right time.”
The office building was previously retail space that RED Development remodeled for office use. The commercial real estate company has plans to do landscaping enhancements that include lush plantings and lounge-style seating. The changes are meant reflect the area’s Frank Lloyd Wright-influenced architecture.
Biltmore Fashion Park is occupied by more than 45 retailers and restaurants.
