The NCAA baseball tournament regionals are over … and some surprising teams are moving on. The nation’s No. 1 team, UCLA, is shockingly out of the event and two four-seeds — Little Rock and St. John’s — are moving on.
With the field narrowed down to 16 teams, the super regionals can officially begin. The super regionals will take place between Friday, June 5 and Monday, June 8. Once the dust is settled, the final eight teams will battle it out in the College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska, which is scheduled from Friday, June 12 through either Sunday, June 21 or Monday, June 22 depending on how long the final series lasts.
