An international fast-fashion retailer known for its low prices will debut a second Houston store this July.

“Each store will boast nearly 30,000 square feet of retail selling space, offering Primark’s quality fashion at great value prices to more shoppers than ever before,” the company wrote in a news release announcing the opening on Monday.

The storefront will occupy a portion of the former Sears space—a 191,000 square-foot building largely occupied by Round1 Bowling & Arcade, according to Realty News Report.

The Willowbrook Mall store opening will be the second Primark location in Greater Houston, with the first opening Katy Mills mall at 5000 Katy Mills Circle in November.

The announcement marks a growth in Primark storefronts across Texas. Last week, a new Primark opened at The Parks Mall in Arlington. The Willowbrook Mall storefront will bring the total number of Texas Primark locations to seven, located in Grapevine, McAllen, El Paso and Hurst.

“Our continued U.S. ambition is something we’re really proud of. I’m as excited about expanding Primark’s presence in the Lone Star State as I am at our entry into Indy,” Kevin Tulip, president of Primark US, said in the release. “We know that Primark’s offering of quality fashion at exceptional value is more important than ever to today’s consumers, and we’re looking forward to opening our doors and welcoming customers in Houston and Indianapolis.”

The clothing retail giant emphasized that the Willowbrook Mall opening will come just in time for summer vacation and back-to-school shopping.

Primark is known for its affordable prices, offering women’s denim starting at $12, men’s tees at $5 and girls and boys sweatshirts at $8, according to the release. The company also sells merchandise for popular sports teams like the Texans, Cowboys, Rockets and Spurs.

With the opening of the new stores, Primark says its hiring to fill “critical roles,” directing interested parties to their Careers Site. As of Tuesday, the company had Houston openings for stockroom sales associates, team leaders, sales associates and other roles.

The company, founded in 1969 in Ireland, operates more than 480 stores in 19 countries in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East.
