Kubota Tractor Corporation today announced the appointment of Charlie Kowalski as Vice President of Information Technology for its U.S. operations. In this role, he will lead the company’s enterprise technology strategy and IT organization, supporting continued growth and operational excellence.

Kowalski brings extensive experience leading global enterprise application ecosystems and large-scale transformation initiatives across Fortune 500 organizations, including Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, and ServiceNow. He has a strong track record of modernizing enterprise systems, strengthening operating models, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, reliability, and speed to market.

At Kubota, Kowalski will focus on advancing enterprise platforms and capabilities by optimizing performance across people, processes, and technology through automation, integration, and simplification. He will oversee key initiatives spanning ERP (including SAP), supply chain systems, IT service management, and HR platforms, helping to further align technology with business strategy.

“Charlie brings a proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide transformation and deliver meaningful business impact,” said Alex Woods, President of Kubota Tractor Corporation. “His deep expertise in ERP and SAP platforms, combined with his global leadership experience, will play a critical role as we continue to enhance our technology capabilities and support our U.S. operations.”

Most recently, Kowalski served as Senior Director of Product and Enablement at ServiceNow. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, where he led global IT operational excellence initiatives, and at PepsiCo, where he advanced enterprise SAP solutions and supply chain transformation programs.

A respected global leader, Kowalski has built and led high-performing teams across multiple regions, enabling scalable technology platforms that support complex and evolving organizations.
