Wingstop is planning a new San Antonio location on the East Side, according to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation records.
Construction on the chain’s new Eastwood Village restaurant at 314 S. W.W. White Road is scheduled to begin Oct. 18 and will be completed by Jan. 26, 2027, according to the project filing.
The privately funded project is estimated to cost $300,000 and will require demolition and construction of walls, floors and electrical systems to an existing building.
Most Wingstop locations in San Antonio are operated by franchisee Charles Loflin. Cody Thornton, Loflin’s director of development, is listed as the tenant contact for the project. He told WhatNow San Antonio that the franchisee has multiple new Wingstop locations planned for San Antonio.
Wingstop is a fast food chain specializing in a variety of flavored fried chicken wings. The chain — which was founded in Garland, Texas — has more than 3,000 locations worldwide and is headquartered in Addison, Texas.
