Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) units responded on Tuesday, Aug. 18, at 7:11 a.m., to reports of a structure fire near the 15000 Block of SW 56th Street. Upon arrival, firefighters found a business partially engulfed in flames and conducted a fire attack to extinguish it. At the time of the fire, one person was inside and safely exited the structure on their own. One patient was assessed and did not require medical transport. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
