Winston Taylor represented Gibson Technical Services (GTS), a provider of engineering, design, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance services for telecommunications and other critical infrastructure, in its announced definitive business combination with NMP Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company.
The all-stock transaction values GTS at an implied business value of USD400M and is expected to give GTS enhanced flexibility to support continued organic growth, including expanding its fiber deployment and wireless densification capabilities and increasing its participation in data center and other connectivity infrastructure projects. GTS also intends to enter new geographic markets and pursue strategic acquisitions within the fragmented telecommunications infrastructure services market.
Mike Blankenship led the team that included Justin Hoffman, Katherine Erbeznik, Tom Good, Jack Michalski, Armando Amador, Jon Bodle, Jacob Botros, Tyler Christensen, Taylor Kim, Adriana Lopez Torres, Sam Rosloff, Merav Watson, and Bailey White.
