Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 142 Stockholm Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Wilson Avenue and Myrtle Avenue, the interior lot is near the Knickerbocker Avenue subway station, served by the M train. Richard Herbst of Do Well Management LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 43-foot-tall development will yield 5,324 square feet with 4,945 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have ten residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 495 square feet. Eight residences will be market rate and two will be designated as affordable housing. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and a 16-foot-long rear yard.
Navkiran Cheema of KMA Designs LLC is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed for the four-story residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
