Plantation and Pompano Beach, Fla. — Colliers has been selected to provide leasing services for two shopping centers: Shoppers Haven in Pompano Beach and Shops at One Plantation in Plantation. Sabrina Stimming, Steven Henenfeld, Ruben Suarez and Ariel Davis will lead leasing efforts for the properties on behalf of Stiles Retail Group.
The first property, Shoppers Haven, is a 200,144-square-foot, redeveloped Publix-anchored shopping center. Additional tenants at the property include Walgreens, Bealls, Outback Steakhouse, Xfinity, Dunkin’ and Domino’s Pizza, among others.
Shops at One Plantation spans approximately 61,855 square feet and features a mix of restaurants and retailers such as IHOP, Otoro Sushi + Asian Kitchen, Papa John’s Pizza, Gravity Gym, L’Acqua and FedEx.
