The singing group Voices of Verona and West Essex is welcoming new members from Essex County this fall. Singers of all experience levels can join, no formal auditions required.
Voices’ main concert this year is at the Verona Community Center on Saturday, December 19. They also perform a spring concert, usually in May, and bring their joyful songs to nursing homes and other places. The group has been making music in Verona since 1949.
Rehearsals are on Tuesdays from 7 to 9 p.m. (usually in the Music Room of H.B. Whitehorne Middle School, but on November 3, rehearsal will take place at Church of the Holy Spirit in Verona).
