WEST JORDAN, Utah — Titan Development (“Titan”) and Principal Asset Management® announced the development of Copper Ridge Commerce Center, a two-building Class A industrial project totaling 250,120 square feet, currently under construction in West Jordan, Utah. The joint venture expands Titan’s industrial platform into the Salt Lake City metropolitan area through its first industrial development in Utah.
Situated at the intersection of 9000 South and Mountain View Corridor, Copper Ridge Commerce Center is designed as a shallow bay industrial development to accommodate tenants ranging from approximately 16,000 to 140,000 square feet. The project will feature tilt-up concrete construction, 32-foot clear heights, and direct visibility from Mountain View Corridor. The development is well-suited for a variety of industrial users, including warehousing and distribution, light manufacturing, assembly, and pharmaceutical operations.

Construction of Copper Ridge Commerce Center is underway and is anticipated to be complete in May 2027. ARCO Design Build is the general contractor for the project, and Newmark Mountain West will handle leasing efforts.
