Houston Hand and Foot Orthopedics is planning a tenant build-out at the Parkway Medical Plaza in League City, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The details
The 1,992-square-foot project will be designed by Webster-based Diamond Development Group and will cost $200,000, according to the TDLR.
Houston Hand and Foot Orthopedics currently has other locations in Pasadena, Pearland and Friendswood, according to the business’ website.
The timeline
Construction is slated to begin in December and end in July, according to the TDLR.
