MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — USA Health has opened a new sports medicine services location at USA Health Providence Hospital in west Mobile.
Orthopaedic and sports medicine specialists began seeing patients on Monday, June 17, on the second floor of Building A101 at 6701 Airport Blvd.
The new office will be the USA Health Sports Medicine primary location with a secondary office located at the Strada Patient Care Center at 1601 Center Street Suit 3A in midtown Mobile.
“We are excited to have this new location as we continue to provide high-quality, comprehensive medical care to all levels of athletes to ensure everyone can achieve their peak performance and swiftly recover from injuries,” Natalie Fox, DNP, PNP-BC, chief physician enterprise officer for USA Health, said. “This new office is another step in USA Health’s journey to transform healthcare in our region.”
The location will provide care for patients ages 8 and older for sports-related injuries and conditions.
USA Health orthopedic surgeon Bradly Clay, M.D.; sports medicine/family medicine physicians Peter Rippey, M.D., CAQSM, and Bishop Carmichael, D.O., CAQSM; and sports medicine physician/pediatrician Sarah McMullin, M.D., CAQSM, will all be at the new office to see patients.
