Three days after the Florida Panthers won their first Stanley Cup in franchise history, a few other NHL stars received trophies of their own.

Colorado Avalanche star Nathan MacKinnon and Winnipeg Jets goaltender Connor Hellebuyck both took home multiple awards Thursday night during the NHL Awards in Los Angeles.

Here’s a look at the results from the 2024 awards ceremony.

  • Calder Memorial Trophy: Conor Bedard, Chicago Blackhawks. Read more about Bedard’s victory here.
  • Vezina Trophy: Connor Hellebuyck, Winnipeg Jets. Read more about Hellebuyck’s victory here.
  • James Norris Memorial Trophy: Quinn Hughes, Vancouver Canucks. Read more about Hughes’ victory here.
  • Hart Memorial Trophy: Nathan MacKinnon, Colorado Avalanche. Read more about MacKinnon’s victory here.
  • Ted Lindsay Award: Nathan MacKinnon, Colorado Avalanche

Previously announced awards:

  • Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy: Connor Ingram, Arizona Coyotes. Read more about Ingram’s victory here.
  • King Clancy Memorial Trophy: Anders Lee, New York Islanders
  • Jack Adams Award: Rich Tocchet, Vancouver Canuck
  • Jim Gregory General Manager of the Year Award: Jim Nill, Dallas Stars
  • Lady Byng Memorial Trophy: Jaccob Slavin, Carolina Hurricanes
  • Mark Messier NHL Leadership Award: Jacob Trouba, New York Rangers
  • Frank J. Selke Trophy: Aleksander Barkov, Florida Panthers

Bedard beat out Minnesota Wild defenseman Brock Faber and New Jersey Devils blueliner Luke Hughes to win the Calder with a stellar rookie season.

Despite missing 14 games with a broken jaw, the No. 1 pick of the 2023 NHL Draft lived up to expectations by leading all rookies with 22 goals and 61 points in 68 games.

Connor Bedard at 18 years old …
– WHL Exceptional Status
– World Junior gold (x2)
– World Junior MVP
– IIHF Male Player of the Year
– No. 1 overall NHL pick
– x1 NHL All-Star
– Calder Trophy

Faber received 42 first-place votes after averaged 24:58 of ice time per game during his rookie seasons, leading first-year skaters and ranking sixth among all NHL skaters.

Brock Faber was robbed of the Calder trophy, at least this adds more fuel to the fire for his 2nd season #mnwild

Connor Hellebuyck earned his second career Vezina Trophy after marking a .921 save percentage while allowing an NHL-low 199 goals against through 60 starts.

He beat out Cup champion Sergei Bobrovsky and the Vancouver Canucks’ Thatcher Demko for the award, and also finished sixth place in Hart Trophy voting.

Shaf @Shaf28_

Hellebuyck if he stays healthy is on pace to be top 5 all time in NHL goalie wins by the end of his career, could potentially challenge Roy for 3, maybe Fleury for 2.
That’s how good he is.

Mitchell Clinton @MitchellClinton

A well-deserved Vezina Trophy for Connor Hellebuyck.
He received 31 of 32 first place votes.
It’s the second time in his career Hellebuyck has won the Vezina (2020).

Hughes became the first Canucks play to win the Norris Trophy after racking up 92 points in 82 games to break his own single-season franchise record for points by a defenseman.

The Nashville Predators’ Roman Josi and Colorado Avalanche’s Cale Makar finished as runners up.

Randip Janda @RandipJanda

Quinn Hughes puts his name in #Canucks history, as the franchise’s first ever Norris Trophy winner.
No doubt whatsoever on that. A monster year from the Vancouver Captain.

MacKinnon earned his first Hart Trophy in his fourth time as a finalist after setting an Avalanche record with 140 points during the 2023-24 season.

Katie Gaus @katie_gaus

Nathan MacKinnon was every definition of MVP this season! Well deserved and EARNED 🙌 Congrats to Nate! #HartTrophy

Happy for MacKinnon, he was incredible this year and absolutely deserved both awards he took home tonight. A 51 goal, 140 point season is just absurd

He won the award over Edmonton Oilers center Connor McDavid and Tampa Bay Lightning winger Nikita Kucherov, who in 2023-24 became the fourth and fifth players to record 100 assists in a single season.

Vj🪄⚡️ @HeDontMissVj

Lightning wouldn’t have even made the Playoffs if Kucherov wasn’t there, but I guess MVP doesn’t mean most valuable player to a team anymore

The NHL world will return to the Sphere tomorrow for Day 1 of the 2024 NHL Draft, where the San Jose Sharks are expected to draft Boston University star Macklin Celebrini with the No. 1 pick.
