EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso-based events production company, LSF Entertainment, unveiled plans Wednesday for a two-day music and arts festival that will take over Ascarate Park in October.

LSF Entertainment, a Latin-centric events production company out of El Paso unveiled plans Wednesday for Latino Somos Familia, a two-day music and arts festival that will take over Ascarate Park Oct. 5 and Oct. 6.

According to LSF, the event is four years in the making, when the production company’s executive team “embarked on a visionary plan to create and produce a world-class Latino artist festival comparable to renowned events such as EDC, Coachella, Ultra or Tomorrowland.”

In a press release, LSF said that the festival will be divided into three distinct portals, each with its own stages and theming.
