On Thursday, Oct. 17, the prestigious James Beard Foundation will host its “Taste of America: Miami” dinner featuring chef Valerie Chang from Maty’s and chef Tam Pham from Tâm Tâm. Chang, who won this year’s James Beard Award for Best Chef: South, is teaming up with Pham, a James Beard semifinalist, to curate a memorable evening for guests. The two talented chefs will take over Maty’s kitchen to create a multi-course pairing dinner that will blend Chang’s Peruvian flavors with Pham’s Vietnamese influences.
