The top teams in NCAA Division III football held firm on Oct. 26 with the No. 1 and No. 3 teams in the country winning big. 

No. 1 North Central beat Augustana 49-10, while No. 3 Mount Union beat Ohio Northern 42-13 in Week 9. No. 2 SUNY Cortland was idle. 

Meanwhile, No. 23 Springfield (7-0) is poised to move up in the rankings after beating Salve Regina 31-7, while No. 6 Susquehanna (7-1) beat Wilkes 48-21.
