The holidays are officially back in Boston.
Snowport, the annual holiday market that takes over the Seaport with outdoor shopping and food and beverage options, is reopening this weekend.
The popular market reopens on Friday, Nov. 8, and will be around seven days a week until Dec. 29, except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
It features vendors including local small businesses, a heated food tent, cocktail bars, live music and more.
Visitors can wait in a free general admission line for entry, but this year, Snowport is rolling out a timed entry ticket option for those who want to skip the wait.
Here’s what to know before you go.
When is Snowport reopening? Hours, schedule, parking
The annual Snowport Holiday Market is reopening in Boston on Nov. 8, and will be open seven days a week until Dec. 29, except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Until Dec. 9, the market’s hours will be as follows:
- Monday-Thursday: 3-8 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
- Sunday: 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
From Dec. 9 to Dec. 29, the market will have extended hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday: 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
- Sunday: 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
For those who are driving to the festivities, Snowport recommends parking at the One Seaport Garage or 111 Harbor Way Garage.
How to get Snowport timed entry tickets. Prices, app details
This year, Snowport is offering a timed-entry ticket option for those who don’t want to wait for entry.
General admission to Snowport is free, but visitors have to wait in line for entry. To skip the line, Snowport has a new option for reservations on its app.
On the mobile app Seaport Insider, visitors can schedule their trip ahead of time by purchasing timed entry tickets, and $1 of each ticket sale will benefit Celtics player Jaylen Brown’s nonprofit, Boston XChange. Reservations are only available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Prices for timed entry tickets are as follows:
- $12 per adult
- $6 per veteran
- $6 per child ages 6-17
- Free for children under the age of 5
