The Lund Line proves profitable for the Sharks while our favorite NHL player props also stack players from the Stars and Flyers on Monday, November 18.

With the unpredictable Sunday schedule behind us, it’s time to focus on the weekday slates and that starts with Monday’s six-game board with a lot of games I love the Overs on.
I’m taking some swings today with a stack of three San Jose Sharks linemates, getting a piece of the Philadelphia Flyers’ offense that has come to life of late, and getting the best-priced stack from the Dallas Stars, who have an elite matchup tonight vs. the Ducks.
These are my three favorite NHL player props for Monday, November 18.

Today’s NHL prop picks and best bets
Prop bet #1: Travis Konecny + Owen Tippett Over 0.5 points each
The Colorado Avalanche will be heading East for a four-game road trip and face the Philadelphia Flyers, who have been actually playing well over the last 11 days, going 4-0-1 and taking nine of a possible 10 points. The offense has found its groove after a rough patch and has scored 14 goals over its last three games.
The top line of Travis Konecny, Owen Tippett, and Sean Couturier all play on the first power-play unit together, so it’s a great line to stack Over point props vs. the Avs, who could be slowed by travel and also have the second-worst SV% in hockey at all strengths at 85.37%, which is kind of pathetic.
Of the three pairings, the Konecny and Tippett duo is the best at +190 at DraftKings for each forward to record a point. Konecny has been on fire with 12 points over his last six games while Tippett has been unlucky with just one point over that same stretch despite playing plenty of shifts together.
My NHL picks expect some two-way scoring in this game and buying some Over 6.5 shares at -125 or better.
Prop bet #2: Mikael Granlund + William Eklund + Fabian Zetterlund Over 0.5 points each
The San Jose Sharks host the Detroit Red Wings tonight, but the visitors have been in the state since the 15th while the Sharks are coming back from an East Coast road trip that wrapped up on Saturday.
I may lean on the visitors here but I could see this being a wide-open game. Detroit is a Bottom-10 team in save percentage, expected goals/60, and GAA while the Sharks have been getting some unsustainable goaltending but are giving up a lot of quality chances.
Detroit’s top line is priced heavily to record points but the Sharks props still have a lot of value for a team that might start slowly but just covered the +1.5 in all four games of their road trip.
The targets for points for the home team are the Lunds — Mikael Granlund, William Eklund, and Fabian Zetterlund. The trio plays together at 5-on-5 and on the first power-play unit. They hit the trio Over stack in their last game on a single goal and if you’ve never cheered for the Lund line, then you’ve never really lived.
Sure, you can stack Granlund/Eklund for +216, but it’s +450 for all three skaters to get a point. That is a great price and one I’m putting a full unit on tonight. It’s a bit of a swing, but +450 is the same price as the Carolina Panthers beating the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 12.
Prop bet #3: Jamie Benn+ Logan Stankoven Over 0.5 points each +270
The Dallas Stars are the heaviest favorites of the day at -450 on the moneyline hosting the Anaheim Ducks.
They’ve also been one of the best teams to stack for points as they roll three solid lines that all have point props. There are plenty of decisions to make, but considering the price, their role on the first power-play unit, and maybe getting the same amount of ice time even if they are playing with a lead, Jamie Benn and Logan Stankoven to each record a point at +270 is the way to play this game.
It might actually be Dallas’ second-best line, as the Duchene/Seguin/Marchment trio has been the best with all three skaters leading the team in points. Unfortunately, that line’s point price has adjusted while Benn and the rookie have 18 combined points over 16 games this year. Stankoven has not gone multiple games without a point this year while Benn has been one of the best faceoff men in hockey.
The Ducks are getting great goaltending with a Top-10 rank in SV%, but they also rank dead last in expected goals allowed/60 at all strengths and scoring chances against/60. Dallas could run the score up tonight and the Benn/Stankoven combo could see a bump in ice time because of that.
