Woodway, Tx (FOX 44) – A Woodway MMA coach and operator of a local MMA facility has been arrested and on charges of with indecency with a child. He is accused of sexual contact with a girl who was 13 years old at the time the alleged activity started just over ten years ago.
Jacob Brennan, owner of Next Generation MMA/Blitz MMA, was arrested and booked into the McLennan County Jail on Sunday following a lengthy investigation by the Woodway Public Safety Department.
An arrest affidavit stated that the victim came forward on November 2, 2023 to report the activity she said took place from 2013 to 2015 while she trained at the facility with the affidavit stating that the alleged activity involved kissing and touching hundreds of times in various rooms throughout the gym with the activity occurring almost every day.
The affidavit stated that the victim provided e-mail notifications of Facebook messages sent to her in 2014 indicating an intimate relationship.
Investigators with the Woodway Public Safety Department said there was no immediate indication of other victims.
Jail records indicate he posted $75,000 bond and was released on Monday.
