Join the Brewery Arts Center Sunday in celebrating the holidays with tamales, live music, dancing, family games and more.
Bring your appetite as there are multiple food vendors, Mexican imports, and performances by Ballet Folklorico and family friendly games provided by the students of Western Nevada College.
This is an all-inclusive Carson City area community event celebrating Hispanic culture and the sacred tamale. Among the food vendors are:
— Bubbly Waffle Hub (yes, they are serving tamales)
— La Tapatia Ice Cream Shop
— Daddy’s Tacos
— Central Market
— Rocio Gonzales
— Lady Tamales
— Maria Guadalupe Ramirez
Organizers will award cash prizes for Best Tamale and People’s Choice Tamale.
The event is 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024 at the Brewery Arts Center, 449 West King Street, Carson City.
