HOUSTON, Aug. 12, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — FINBOA Inc., a leading innovator in intelligent process automation software for financial institutions, has been named to the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies—for the second time. FINBOA ranked #746 overall, #76 among U.S. software companies, and #79 among Texas-based companies. In April 2025, Inc. ranked FINBOA as #27 in the 2025 Southwest Regional List of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies. Past Inc. 5000 honorees include companies such as Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Under Armour, Timberland, Oracle, and Patagonia.
“Being named to the Inc. 5000 for the second time is a proud milestone for FINBOA and a reflection of the exceptional work of our team and partners,” said Raj Singal, CEO of FINBOA. “Our success is driven by an experienced group of banking industry professionals who deeply understand the compliance and operational challenges our bank and credit union clients face. Our team’s commitment to customer service and delivering real value through automation continues to earn the trust of our clients and fuel our growth.”
In addition to recognition on the two Inc. lists for fastest-growing private companies, FINBOA has received numerous industry accolades for its innovative offerings of compliance automation software for the banking industry, specifically for FINBOA Payment Disputes. The 2025 Inc. 5000 honorees have demonstrated exceptional growth while navigating economic uncertainty, inflationary pressure, and a fluctuating labor market. Among the top 500 companies on the list, the median three-year revenue growth rate reached 1,552 percent, and those companies have collectively added more than 48,678 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years. Companies on the 2025 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2021. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2024. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2021 is $100,000; the minimum for 2024 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons.
