Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa on Friday announced the kickoff for its “My Rhythm. My Flavor. ¡Mi Gente!” Hispanic Heritage Month. The celebrations run through October 15, honoring the diverse cultures and contributions of Hispanic and Latin American communities nationwide.

Seminole Hard Rock Tampa has donated $10,000 to 10 local Hispanic organizations, including:

  • Coalition of Hispanic Artists
  • Course of Action Foundation
  • Enterprising Latinas
  • Hispanic Heritage Scholarship Fund
  • Hispanic Heritage Network of Orange County
  • Hispanic Outreach Center
  • Hispanic Star
  • Krewe of Sant’ Yago Education Foundation
  • Roberto Clemente Foundation
  • USF – Latino Scholarship Program

A news release said the contributions reflect the casino resort’s ongoing commitment to honoring Hispanic culture and empowering the Latin community.

“Hispanic Heritage Month is a powerful reminder of the strength rooted in Latin culture, its people, and their rich history,” Seminole Gaming & Seminole Hard Rock Director of Latin Marketing Anaclaudia said in a statement. “We’re honored to stand alongside local organizations that uplift and empower the region’s Hispanic communities every day.”

As part of the “My Rhythm. My Flavor. Mi Gente” Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, guests can partake in various celebrations. Latin Nights take place Thursdays from 8 p.m. to midnight at L Bar, featuring live Latin entertainment, beats, and handcrafted cocktails inspired by the traditions of Latin America. Salsa lessons will be offered by Tonos Latin Dance once a week, Thursdays at 7 p.m. at the L Bar.

Resort guests can enjoy limited-time, Latin-inspired menus at select restaurants, showcasing the flavors of Latin cuisine, from classic favorites to modern culinary twists.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood offers black cod bacalao a la vizcaína and mole braised beef short rib while Hard Rock Cafe is serving pollo or steak rice bowls with sangria and guava margarita specials.

Fresh Harvest Buffet highlights rotating dishes from Latin countries including croquetas, mofongo, pozole, empanadas, and tres leches, along with a fresh harvest margarita. Constant Grind features desserts such as mango tajín naked cake, coconut flan, and churro truffles. Rise Kitchen & Deli offers huevos rancheros , arepas con queso, weekly entrée specials, and guava cream cheese cheesecake.

The Rez Grill introduces Latin Thursdays with a prix-fixe menu and cocktails, and Jubao Palace Noodle Bar has carne guisada.

At Rock N’ Raw, guests can enjoy a Latin-inspired rin-tin-tin roll. The Pool Bar & Grill features beef barbacoa arepas and churro funnel cake.

A memorabilia exhibit will feature items from Latin music legends including Celia Cruz, Christina Aguilera, Gloria Estefan, Maluma, Pedro Fernández, Robi Draco Rosa, and Shakira.
