[Week 5 Sunday schedule | Live blog]
Another action-filled day of NFL football is almost a wrap, leading up to the New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills on “Sunday Night Football.”
With the completion of the early afternoon window, the Bills are now the last remaining undefeated team after Bo Nix and the Denver Broncos upset the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field. The Eagles held a 17-3 lead over the Broncos heading into the fourth quarter, but the Broncos dropped 18 points in the final quarter to take a 21-17 lead and rid Philly of its undefeated status, unable to mount a comeback on the final drive.

Among the headliners in the afternoon window was a showdown between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Seattle Seahawks, highlighted by a matchup between the No. 1 and No. 3 overall picks in the 2018 NFL Draft with Baker Mayfield and Sam Darnold. Mayfield and Darnold have had stunningly similar career arcs, each having found success in the past two seasons after challenging starts with the Browns and Jets, respectively.
Tampa Bay and Seattle represented two of the five teams entering the week at 3-1, and the action didn’t disappoint Sunday afternoon. Though Darnold had a massively impressive showing, going 28-of-34 for 341 yards, 4 TD and 1 INT in this game, it was the Buccaneers that came out on top.
A touchdown from Mayfield to WR Sterling Shepard to tie up the game with 1:15 to go in the fourth, followed by a walk-off 39-yard field goal from Chase McLaughlin, and suddenly, the Bucs improve to a 4-1 record with the win.

In Arizona, the Tennessee Titans managed to score 16 unanswered points in the fourth quarter, including a one-yard rushing touchdown from Tony Pollard, a wild interception, fumble, taken by the Titans for a touchdown and a walk-off field goal from Joey Slye.
The Cardinals entered the fourth quarter with a 21-12 lead over the Tennessee Titans … but it’s never over until it’s over.
