BOSTON – Boston University Athletics is proud to announce the return of Terriers Together, a three-day fundraising campaign launching on Tuesday, Oct. 14.
Since its debut in 2020, Terriers Together has raised over $1.7 million through more than 5,000 gifts, directly supporting BU student-athletes. The campaign brings together alumni, families, and friends to sustain championship-level programs across all varsity sports.
With the cost of maintaining student-athlete amenities continuing to rise, the support of the BU community is more important than ever. This year, each varsity program has set specific fundraising goals aimed at addressing key priorities such as upgraded equipment, expanded recruiting efforts, enhanced nutrition and critical out-of-region travel. The campaign will run from Tuesday, Oct. 14, through Thursday, Oct. 16.
Thanks to the generosity of Carrie and Tim Burr (MET’97), teams that reach their fundraising goals will earn bonus dollars—adding extra momentum to the effort. All gifts made to any Athletics fund through Oct. 16 will count toward the campaign, and supporters can follow the action in real time through the online leaderboard.
