Contingent workforce management company Magnit Global has opened a new office in Addison that will serve as its executive headquarters, marking the company’s first branded corporate office in the Dallas area.

“Opening this office is about investing in our people and creating a state-of-the-art, inspiring environment where our teams can gather and collaborate in meaningful ways — to create services and solutions that will fuel our clients’ success for years to come,” Dallas-based CEO Chandra Dhandapani said in a statement.

The Folsom, Calif.-based company said the Addison location will serve as a central hub for employees across the United States and will host members of its executive leadership team as well as board meetings. With the consistent presence of the company’s top decision-makers, the office will be a strategic hub, the company added.

Magnit Global said the office was strategically chosen to provide a more accessible meeting point for teams nationwide, while also establishing a strong presence in the Dallas region, where nearly 60 employees are already based.

The expansion into the Dallas area, the company said, reflects Magnit’s commitment to building “innovative, collaborative work environments” for employees.

The office features a modern open floor plan with cutting-edge workstation and boardroom technologies, offering employees and visitors an environment designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and productivity, the company said.

The company said Magnit Global’s presence in Dallas is expected to grow as the company adopts a “Dallas-first approach” for many new U.S. hires in the coming months, with the Addison office laying the groundwork for future growth in the region.

Magnit leadership

Earlier this year, we reported that Dhandapani was announced as Tech Titans’ 2025 Corporate CEO honoree. Dhandapani, a former CBRE executive who was named CEO of Magnit late last year, was recognized Sept. 12 at the Tech Titans Gala.

“Chandra Dhandapani is a strong, respected leader at Magnit Global, in the North Texas tech community, and globally,” Tech Titans Executive Director Paul Bendel said when the honor was announced. He called her “a catalyst for positive change,” noting her leadership in innovation, inclusivity, and mentorship.

This past summer, Magnit appointed Alan Gilchrest as chief digital and technology officer and Alex Kevork as chief marketing officer. On LinkedIn, the company said they bring expertise in their respective fields: Gilchrest in data, transformative Al and leading-edge technology solutions, and Kevork’s in brand strategy and product marketing.
