Phoenix, AZ – Cutter Aviation is pleased to announce the
appointment of Slava Levchenko as General Manager of
its Phoenix MRO facility. In this role, Slava will oversee
daily maintenance operations, support staff
development, and ensure that aircraft maintenance
projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on
schedule.
With more than 15 years of aircraft maintenance
experience, Slava brings a powerful blend of technical
skills and leadership forged in high demand, fast-paced
aviation operations. He has supported and overseen
maintenance for on-demand commercial fleets in Part 135 environments and performed and led work through FAA-certified Part 145 repair stations, including heavy maintenance, inspections, and complex aircraft servicing. A licensed FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) mechanic, Slava has built a reputation for keeping aircraft mission ready, developing teams, and supporting long-term operational success. He is currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Penn Foster College, strengthening his ability to lead both on the hangar floor and at the organizational level.
