Diana Billstrom has joined the Wisconsin Latino Chamber of Commerce (WLCC) as its new senior director of growth and strategic partnerships, the organization announced on Tuesday.
As a bilingual nonprofit leader, Billstrom brings more than 13 years of experience in building strategic partnerships, driving organizational growth and advancing equity-centered initiatives.
“We are excited to welcome Diana Billstrom as our new Senior Director of Growth and Strategic Partnerships,” said WLCC Board Chairman Marcio Sierra in a press release. “Her addition to the team demonstrates the Chamber’s strategic focus on expanding our statewide presence, forging stronger alliances across various sectors and ultimately driving greater economic prosperity for all.”
Most recently, Billstrom served as the executive director at Bay View Community Center in Milwaukee. In this role, she secured funding and forged key partnerships for programs supporting early childhood education, community health and local entrepreneurs, expanding impact across Milwaukee. Billstrom was recognized in Madison 365’s 2025 list of Wisconsin’s 31 Most Influential Latino Leaders and as a Milwaukee County Health Equity Champion this year.
“Joining the Chamber at this moment is a tremendous opportunity to unlock doors toward greater prosperity for Wisconsin’s Latino business owners,” said Billstrom. “Through thoughtful conversation, strategic collaboration and responsiveness to our communities’ needs, I am looking forward to positioning the Chamber to be a proactive connector and advocate for economic growth.”
