LOS ANGELES – Coming off a year that featured the team’s first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2015, the Golden Coast Conference tournament title, and the second consecutive GCC Regular Season Title, LMU women’s water polo has announced the 2026 spring competition schedule.

The Lions will open the season at home with a mini tournament featuring Concordia and Whittier on January 17.

Following weekends away at the ASU Invite and the Triton Invite, LMU returns home to play under the lights against UC Irvine on February 6 before heading back down to UC San Diego the following morning.

LMU returns home for the remainder of the month, with a mini tournament against Chapman and Cal State Fullerton on Valentine’s Day before starting conference play against San Diego State and Fresno State over the next two Saturdays.

Following four games at Convergence to open March, LMU will travel up to Pacific and Santa Clara for road conference games.

Azusa Pacific comes to Burns Aquatics Center on March 20th for LMU’s final home conference games. The final regular season home game will be played against Brown on March 25. Both games will begin at 5:00 PM and be played under the Lights.

Conference play concludes on March 27 at CBU. LMU will play an NCAA Tournament rematch game at UCLA on March 29.

After playing an exhibition at Long Beach State to close out the regular season, the Lions will look to defend the GCC Tournament Title from April 10-12. This year’s conference tournament will be played in Fresno, Calif.
