GRAND FORKS, N.D. – No. 5 North Dakota looks to keep its grip tight on the top of the NCHC standings with a big showdown with No. 9/10 Denver beginning on Friday night at 7:07 p.m. from Ralph Engelstad Arena in Grand Forks, N.D.
 
All UND men’s hockey games, home and away, can be heard on stations across the Fighting Hawks Radio Network, as well as through the iHeart Radio app, with longtime broadcaster Tim Hennessy, who is in his 46th year on the mic for UND hockey, and Mike LaMoine calling the action. Friday’s game can be heard on 96.1 (The Fox), the flagship station of North Dakota hockey.
 
Friday’s game can be seen on Midco Sports with Alex Heinert and Jim Scanlan calling the action. Taylor Budge and Monique Lamoureux-Morando join the crew as the pregame, intermission and postgame hosts. Fans will also be able to stream the contest on NCHC.tv, with a subscription.

Friday will be the 315th all-time meeting between North Dakota and Denver, with UND holding a 160-138-16 advantage in the series.
 
This weekend will be the only regular season series between the two sides after Denver took three of the four matchups in 2024-25.
 
The 314 games against Denver are the single most against any opponent in North Dakota history.
