A Houston Transtar shot showed smoke coming from the truck. No injuries have been reported.
HOUSTON — There’s a big traffic mess for anyone traveling on I-45 through Montgomery County.
A wreck involving a heavy truck has all southbound main lanes shut down at Rayford-Sawdust. The northbound lanes are only slowly getting by.
The good news – there are no reported deaths and no spills that would require a HazMat cleanup. Texas DPS says the driver was able to get out of the truck, but the cleanup could take a while.
The Texas Department of Transportation is asking people to have patience as first responders work to clear the wreck.
