Boxing legend Carl Froch is never afraid to express his opinions in public.
Earlier this year, the former super middleweight champion ripped Conor McGregor following his viral clash with a Khabib Nurmagomedov fan.
‘The Cobra’ also spat venom when rumors about Alex Pereira vs Oleksandr Usyk began circulating.
Now, Carl Froch has unleashed an X-rated rant at an MMA fighter, a boxer, and a journalist.
Darren Till
Ex-UFC star Darren Till crossed over to boxing after being released by MMA’s premier promotion in 2023.
‘The Gorilla’ scored a very late knockdown as he beat Darren Stewart at Misfits 21 last weekend.
Post-fight, Till called out Froch, who responded by mocking the MMA fighter’s most famous loss.
“There’s a guy called Darren Till from Liverpool. Ex-MMA fighter-turned-boxer, he’s had a couple of Misfits fights, looked terrible, think he had a win at the weekend,” Froch said. “He’s been calling me out. Chatting s— basically.
“He got absolutely f—ing ironed out by Jorge Masvidal with half a punch that’s clipped him on the chin.
“Can you imagine if a professional boxer, my sort of level, hit him with a right hand or a right uppercut?
“It would be absolutely wipeout, game over… You need to have a f—ing reality check.”
Ariel Helwani
Carl Froch clashed with Ariel Helwani in the aftermath of Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson.
The retired English fighter’s beef with the MMA journalist has recently been reignited.
“Somebody else who I’ve got to mention because he’s been talking b——- to Darren Till, he also talked b——- to ‘Fake’ Paul.
“What’s his name? Ariel Salami? Ariel Helwani! Some f—ing little, skinny, p— ant, gimp, who is trying to get into the boxing world. He hasn’t got a f—ing clue about boxing. He’s in MMA and everyone in MMA writes him off.
“Listen, Salami, I’m coming to New York soon. Let’s see if you show the same energy you’re showing ‘Fake’ Paul and Darren Till when you meet me to my face. I guarantee you will be crying like a little b—-, like I’ve seen you cry before.”
Jake Paul
Carl Froch has repeatedly offered to fight Jake Paul and even claimed he would do it for free.
The YouTuber-turned-boxer has done everything he can to distance himself from that matchup.
However, Froch’s name was brought up during Paul’s most recent interview with Helwani.
“That brings me nicely to Jake ‘The Fake’ Paul,” Froch concluded.
“He’s in denial. He doesn’t want to acknowledge that he knows who I am, even though we all know he completely knows who ‘The Cobra’ is. He doesn’t want to entertain the conversation because he knows it would be game over for his little, bogus career.
“The three of you put together will never, ever achieve half of what ‘The Cobra’ has achieved in my professional boxing career.
“That is the mic drop. Go on, p— off, the three of you.”
