COLUMBUS, Ohio – Sunday, 39 current and former Ohio State student-athletes will receive degrees as the University holds Summer Commencement ceremonies at 2 p.m. in the Schottenstein Center.

- Katherine Zenick of the women’s swimming team garnered 25 All-America honors over her career with the Buckeyes and claimed back-to-back Big Ten titles in the 100 fly. She also earned a Big Ten title in the 50 free and was on eight Big Ten champion relay squads. She was a four-time First Team All-Big Ten honoree.
- Wrestler Carson Kharchla, who was a three-time NCAA qualifier and a 2022 All-American. He earned Academic All-Big Ten honors five times and is a two-time Big Ten Distinguished Scholar. The five-time Ohio State Scholar Athlete also earned National Wrestling Coaches Association Scholar All-America honors twice (2022, 2025).
- Men’s swimmer Daniel Baltes, who was a six-time All-American, was a four-time Ohio State Scholar-Athlete and a three-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree. He qualified for the 2024 U.S. Olympic Trials and was a semifinalist in the 50 free.
- Daniella Santos was a standout for the cross country and track and field teams. She was a two-time NCAA individual qualifier and is one of just two Buckeyes to run in the NCAA Championships three times. She was a three-time First Team All-Great Lakes Region honoree and earned All-Big Ten honors twice. She is the program record holder for the indoor 5000m and outdoor 10000m (which she broke twice) and also ranks in the top five in program history in the outdoor 5000m.
- Men’s fencer Nolan Williams was a two-time NCAA qualifier. He earned all-conference honors three times and was a two-time all-region honoree. Williams, the 2025 CCFC saber champion, and the Buckeyes won conference championships each of his five seasons.
- Gannon Matthews of the men’s lacrosse team finished the 2025 season as an Honorable Mention USILA All-American. He helped the Buckeyes to a historic campaign in which they won the Big Ten regular season and tournament championships for the first time in program history. Matthews, who is now playing professionally in the Premier Lacrosse League, capped off his Ohio State career with USILA Scholar All-America accolades.
