KENNEWICK, Wash.- Cuba Libre is a food truck bringing Authentic Cuban Food to the Tri-Cities.
Owner, Rafael Najarro Romero, said it was through the combined effort of his whole family that made Cuba Libre possible.
“We’re trying to add to the already variety of cultures and cuisine here in the Tri-Cities,” said Najarro Romero.
Najarro Romero’s wife is the main chef bringing all the flavors, but he said his four children also lend a helping hand. Cuban cuisine combines a blend of Caribbean and Spanish cuisine, using a lot of pork meat for their dishes.
Cuba Libre has been opened since May and Najarro Romero said the community has loved it so far.
“We are excited we can serve the community and bring something different,” said Najarro Romero. “Add to this melting pot that America is.”
You can find Cuba Libre Authentic Cuban Food at 7425 West Clearwater Avenue in Kennewick.
