PHOENIX — Desert Ridge Marketplace will be welcoming four new eateries over the next year.
The shopping mall located just off the Loop 101 and Tatum Boulevard in north Phoenix is adding a cocktail lounge, Brazilian steakhouse, Indian restaurant and ramen spot.
“We’re thrilled to bring a world of flavors to Desert Ridge Marketplace,” Jenny Cushing, vice president of leasing at Vestar, said in a press release. “These new additions bring fresh energy and unique offerings, further enhancing our vision of creating a dynamic, experience-driven destination for shoppers and visitors.”
Michelin-ranked modern Indian restaurant Nadu is expected open February 2026. Formerly known as Feringhee Modern Indian Cuisine, the Chicago-based restaurant is known for its dishes with locally sourced ingredients.
Kajiken, famous for its soup-less ramen featuring thick noodles, is scheduled to open before the end of the year. The restaurant which originated in Nagoya, Japan, offers diners the opportunity to customize their ramen bowls with an assortment of toppings and sauces.
Terra Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse is slated to open summer 2026. The restaurant will feature a southern Brazilian menu with fire-roasted meats, fresh vegetables, cured meats, cheeses and traditional hot side dishes.
Cocktail lounge Globe in the Dark is expected to open in early 2026. The international-inspired setup offers guests the opportunity to collect a passport stamp for each drink they buy on their loyalty card. Modern dishes including crab ravioli, escargot and lab stew will also be on the menu.
