Devin Booker dropped one spot in the annual ESPN rankings of the top 100 NBA players in the 2025-26 season.
He was ranked 16th after coming in 15th last year.
Booker is not only the highest ranked Phoenix Suns player, he is the only ranked Suns player on the list this season.
Last year, he was joined by Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal.
The article points out that Booker and Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo are the only players in the Association to average 25 points or more over each of the past seven seasons.
ESPN emphasize Booker’s consistency through the ups and downs of his tenure with the Suns.
Booker’s talent has shined despite the Suns starting as a lottery team in his first five seasons, before blossoming into championship contenders and then morphing to underachievers last season.
Now, the Suns are in a type of rebuilding mode, but management still expects to be competitive and possibly improve from last season’s 36-46 record.
