The $26.75 million sale includes a 105,780-square-foot building on a 10-acre campus.
DENVER — The sale of Dish Wireless’ headquarters building in Littleton for $26.75 million to a company controlled by Charlie Ergen has been completed as legal pressure mounts on the billionaire’s telecommunications empire.
Conx Corp. (Nasdaq: CONX), a special purpose acquisition vehicle founded by Ergen in 2020, closed on its deal buying the Dish Wireless headquarters building and parking lots at 5701 South Santa Fe Blvd. on May 1, according to regulatory filings made by the company this week.
The 105,780-square-foot office building anchors the 10-acre campus property that runs along the west side of Santa Fe Boulevard.
