Las Vegas City Hall
Las Vegas City Hall has plenty of places for your next meeting or event. Rental fees range from $150 to $1,500/day, depending on the space. While weddings and birthday parties are not allowed, this space is ideal for civic events, lectures, panels and corporate gatherings. Not available Saturdays or Sundays.
Available spaces include:
- Outside Plaza: 7,250 sq. ft.
- Second-Floor Patio: 8,800 sq. ft.
- Now Café (second floor): 3,170 sq. ft.
- City Hall Chambers: Seating capacity of 500
- Training Rooms (x4): Approx. 800 sq. ft. each
Boulder Plaza – Arts District
Located in the heart of the 18b Arts District, Boulder Plaza is a flexible 7,140-square-foot outdoor space perfect for festivals, performances and community events.
- Rental Rate: Starts at $75/hour (four-hour minimum)
- Note: Does not include staff, security, cleaning or equipment.
Historic Fifth Street School
This beautifully restored campus offers multiple rental options for events with cultural, educational or community missions.
- Auditorium: $1,000/day (10-hour rental)
- Other spaces: $35–$150/hour (four-hour minimum)
- Note: Additional fees for staff, security, equipment or cleaning may apply.
Civic Center Campus
Modern and flexible space for large or high-profile gatherings.
