Hawks at Bulls picks and predictions
Prediction
Bulls 118, Hawks 112
BET BULLS (-105).
The Hawks haven’t given fans much to believe in. Their efficiency is lacking, ranking 25th in field goal percentage (43.8%). On the defensive end, they have allowed at least 117 points in 2 of 3 games. And they sit 19th (10.5) in offensive rebounds. Their inability to get second-chance opportunities, mixed with a struggling defense, makes this road game a challenge.
The Bulls, on the other hand, have allowed 111 or fewer points in both games and are averaging 112.5 points per game. They have a methodical offense, spearheaded by the efficient Vucevic. Expect it to take down a banged-up conference foe at home Monday. Back BULLS (-105).
PASS.
The Bulls’ lone home game and the Hawks’ lone road game both ended within 5 points. Expect a close game so take the moneyline at better odds.
BET UNDER 240.5 (-110).
Neither side has had the explosive offense that many have grown accustomed to. The Hawks have yet to score more than 118 points and are just 1-2 O/U. They have 3 key players on the injury report as well, which would hurt their offensive production.
The Bulls, who are 0-2 O/U, have a key weapon with Giddey nursing a finger injury. They surprisingly have the best defensive rating through the first few games of the season. Considering those trends, back UNDER 238.5 (-110).
