BOSTON—INDIA New England News today announced the launch of a five-part “The Champions Series” that will feature some of India’s top athletes, as well as serious effort to get more Olympic medals for India by the Olympic Gold Quest, known as OGQ, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.
These Indian athletes recently visited Boston as part of the OGQ US delegation. The tour was sponsored by Boston philanthropist Vivek Sharma, who serves on the board of OGQ.
“We’re excited to launch “The Champions Series,” said Upendra Mishra, publisher of INDIA New England News and its sister publications IndUS Business Journal, Life Sciences Times, Boston Real Estate Times and Hispanic Business Journal. “Their inspiring stories are applicable not only to sports but also to business and day-to-day living.”

The Champion Series includes:

- How OGQ is Helping Indian Olympic Medal Aspirants with OGQ Board Member Vivek Sharma.
The mission of the OGQ is to help Indian athletes and para athletes win Olympic and Paralympic Gold medals. The organization scouts for potential medal talent, identifies areas of support, and works with all stakeholders to aid deserving talent.
