The Indoor Football League is now teammates with Yahoo Sports, Yahoo Sports Network.
Caroline and I made our debut over the weekend.
You are obviously a huge part of the league and the broadcasting.
What do you love about Indoor Football League?
I love having you guys on it and I love the partnership with Yahoo Sports Network.
it’s, it’s exactly We had you, on the podcast that I co-host, yesterday, and I’m kinda gonna repeat what you said.
It’s fast-paced, it’s entertaining, it’s exciting.
It’s like a rock concert in there.
And, you know, you guys had Fisher-Trate over the weekend with an unbelievable atmosphere.

You guys were awesome, by the way.
I- it’s If that’s a sign of things to come, having you guys and that team with Nate Thys in the booth as well, is gonna be so much fun.
And it’s gonna open a lot of eyes to the sport, and I think you guys are gonna be a huge, huge asset for the IFL.
But yeah, I’ve, I’ve been in love with the indoor game for 25, 30 years, quite frankly.
When I was a kid, I remember coming home from church and just being excited that in the spring we have football.
And that’s the other thing is, you know, you guys had a game on Saturday.
It was the first football game since the Super Bowl.

And that’s the cool part to me, is that football can be year-round and we can have it all spring and summer long.
And with the IFL in particular, it’s on such solid ground.
We’ve seen other leagues come and go, but you got 14 really good teams.
You got the New Mexico Chupacabras playing their first ever game, and you got the Orlando Pirates playing against them.
Orlando was in Massachusetts the last few years.
Now they’re, obviously the, the Pirates have moved to Orlando.
We’ve got good ownership.
We’ve got Todd Tryon and Jared Widman and Eric Van Beek in the front office.
I mean, it’s Everything is set up for success.

And between you guys and the partnership we have with Overnight, streaming as well, couldn’t be more excited.
Well, we couldn’t be more excited to be part of this, obviously.
And Chupacabras is, by the way, a great nickname.
You just saw it coming up over the weekend.
That’s gonna be electric.
