Junction Commercial Real Estate is building a two-warehouse, 350,000 square foot industrial park in southwest Houston. The Houston Business Journal reports that the company expects costs to reach $35 million. Crow Holdings is partnering on the deal.
The project, to be called Post Oak Southwest Logistics Park, will be built on spec. It will be at 15231 S. Post Oak Road. A portion of the site previously was the Rancho El Dorado facility, which will be demolished to make way for the new logistics park. The venue was known for hosting a variety of events, including weddings, parties, and corporate gatherings.
The aim is to deliver the two buildings by March 2027. Junction has 4.86 million square feet of industrial projects under construction.
