The Laughing on the Lake Comedy Festival will debut May 16 at Ozarks Amphitheater in Camdenton.
Headlined by comedian Bert Kreischer, the festival will feature performances by Kathleen Madigan, Rory Scovel, Chris Porter and Shane Torres, according to a community announcement.
Described as the biggest comedy event of the summer, Laughing on the Lake is a one-day-only event.
Tickets go on sale March 13
Kreischer is currently on his Permission to Party World Tour, which follows the premiere of his Netflix comedy series, “Free Bert.” Madigan, known for her Day Drinking Tour, splits her time between Nashville and the Missouri Ozarks. She originally hails from St. Louis.
Tickets for the festival will go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. March 13 at ticketmaster.com. They also will be available at ozarksamp.com, the Econo Lift Box Office at Ozarks Amphitheater or by calling 573-346-0000.
Presale began at 10 a.m. March 11 with the code LAKE, according to the announcement.
